On reaching Aguas Calientes, our representative will meet you and accompany you to the bus terminal. Here you will be boarding the bus to Machu Picchu citadel. It is a 25 minutes ride up the hill.

Our crew will be assisting you in clearing the security control and entering the citadel. As you will be entering the citadel, you will see the blanket of clouds clearing by as the golden rays of the morning sun would shimmer on the walls of the Inca citadel.

We will then give you a detailed tour of the citadel. With no rush, we will be visiting different areas of the citadel where our guide will give you an insight into the Inca civilization and how the Incas lived in Machu Picchu.

After the guided tour of Machu Picchu, you will have some free time to explore Machu Picchu. If you have booked to hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountain, our guide will direct you to the respective entrance.

After the tour, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes. You will have some free time to stop for lunch (not included in the price). Later in the evening, you will be taking the train back to Ollantaytambo.

The full-day trip to Machu Picchu was amazing. The agency did really take care of everything. The 30 minutos bus ride from Aguas Calientes was an ideal choice instead of the hike. Totally recommended
